If you’ve purchased Booking Protection, you can easily request a refund through your dashboard. Here’s how:
Open your confirmation email and click the link to access your dashboard.
Scroll down to “Apply for a Refund.” You’ll see details showing that your registration is refundable.
Click Apply for Refund, a short form will pop up automatically.
The form will already include key details like your booking reference.
Just fill in any remaining fields, add your supporting documents.
Once your refund request has been sent, your dashboard will close and your booking will be cancelled.
